📄 Commercial Image Use License

Licensee: customer (individual or company) who purchased image(s) from Beachesinrio.com

This license grants the purchaser (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital image(s) provided by beachesinrio.com (“Licensor”) through this website, under the following terms:

1. Permitted Use
The Licensee may use the licensed image(s) for:
• Digital or print media for commercial purposes (such as websites, advertisements, social media, presentations, and marketing materials) and for editorial contexts (such as blogs, news articles, newsletters, newspapers, magazines, and educational content);
• One project, brand, or client only, including multiple uses across different media channels or formats within that scope. For example, if you have a digital project with a blog, YouTube channel, Instagram, Facebook, etc., you may use one copy of each licensed image across these different channels, provided it is limited to that single project.

2. Prohibited Use
The Licensee may not:
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the image(s);
• Use them in logos, trademarks, or brand identities;
• Use them in defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material;
• Upload or share the images in stock libraries or download platforms;
• Use the license for more than one project, copy, or installation.

3.Ownership & Copyright.
All copyrights remain with the Licensor. No ownership is transferred. This is a license to use one single copy, not to own.

4. License Scope
This license grants rights for a single use only. For broader usage rights—such as resale or merchandising (e.g., printed products in multiple copies including shirts, mugs, hats, posters, or other commercial goods)—the Licensee must contact the Licensor to request and obtain an extended license.

5. Download Availability & User Responsibility
After completing your purchase, the images will be made available for download via a secure link. This link will remain active for 30 days after purchase and may be used up to 3 times.
It is the Licensee’s sole responsibility to download and securely store the files within this timeframe. The Licensor is not obligated to maintain ongoing file hosting or to provide access to the files after the availability period expires.

6. Record Keeping
If you purchase from our shop, we retain your order data, even if you delete your account, this information is kept to comply example with, but not limited to, legal, tax, licensing policy of the photos and accounting requirements. Retaining these records helps us protect against unauthorized use of our images.

7. Attribution
Attribution is not required, but is appreciated when feasible. If you wish to credit us, you can use the following template:

8. Disclaimer of Liability
The Licensor shall not be liable for any improper, unauthorized, or unlawful use of the licensed images by the Licensee.
It is the Licensee’s sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the images complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights, including but not limited to publicity rights, intellectual property rights, and local advertising restrictions.

9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil. All legal matters shall be resolved in the courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ.

By purchasing any image, the Licensee agrees to these terms.
